Xoli serves as a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in New Haven CT and as a non-dual and contemplative teacher. 

He specifically focuses on domains such as truth, insight, acceptance, wisdom, compassion, freedom, awakening, and shining. Truth Orienting, incorporates contemplative, direct-path, mindfulness-based, cognitive, existential, and spiritual approaches.

Xoli received his Masters and Doctoral degrees form the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed his pre-doctoral training at the Yale School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. He further completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Yale. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Jazz and Contemporary Music division of New School University.

Xoli also continues to serve as a clinician providing and developing beneficial treatments at the Yale School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, and is a member of the Center for Nondual Awareness.
